Guardian Transport is the brainchild of two Trinity Western University alumni who met while playing men’s volleyball for the Spartans. Mike Hamilton and Dwight Unrau developed a lifelong friendship based on shared principles and faith-based values. They are the creators of Guardian Transport and are responsible for selecting the company name, writing the company’s business operating principles and developing a customized trucking software program tailored to their customer’s needs.

Having both worked as inside sales representatives for a freight forwarding company, Dwight and Mike know the industry and they know what makes and what keeps customers happy when it comes to shipping freight. As they like to say, “We specialize in the grunt work and we don’t mind getting our hands dirty.”
