Should your shipment incur loss of damage during transport, we are here to help. Your Guardian logistics coordinator will provide you with a POD invoice and prepare a Letter of Intent so you don’t have to fill out the paperwork for the insurance company.

When shipping overvalued products, we offer our clients the option of purchasing insurance outside of the carrier. A carrier’s liability is based on the weight of the shipment which is generally calculated at $2.00 per pound. Overvalued products, however, need additional coverage.
